You will lose weight healthily and safely on all of our Boossh plans; however, you will be more likely to stick with it if you find the way that best suits your individual needs and lifestyle.

Before you start, use our BMI calculator to work out if you actually need to lose any weight and, if so, how much.

If you have Type 2 diabetes (non-insulin) we recommend you follow three Mealpaks a day. The Boossh food list for the three-a-day plan has extra items marked with a "D" for additional foods to help balance your blood sugar levels. If you do not have diabetes, please do not consume the foods marked with a "D".
